Star Trek Doom (718K) - This is also a great wad. It is a very detailed replica of the NCC1701E Next Generation Starship. You've got the elevators, a good set of graphics, new sounds. I had no problems with downloading and/or running this.
Christmas Doom (1897K) - This wad is not bad. You are Santa Claus and you run around shooting evil creatures. There is a sound wad included here that will replace the normal music with christmas music. Another effect that this game has is the illusion that it is snowing outside. Make sure you copy your doom2.wad and put it into a different directory because Christmas Doom overwrites your doom2.wad in your doom2 directory!
Star Wars Doom (1973K) - This wad is one of the best. It replaces all the creatures with creatures from the Star Wars trilogy. These graphics are nicely done. The weapons are also redone very nicely. All the weapons are also from the Star Wars trilogy. This wad is even better if you download the seperate sound wad (646K) that complements it well. I had no problems with downloading and/or running this.
Computer Deathmatch (449K) - The best part of doom is deathmatch right? Well, this program is unbelievable. You can play the computer in a simulated deathmatch. You get to play 3 computer opponenets at once all trying to kill each other just like a real 4-way deathmatch! The opponents are very realistic. They do everything a real opponent does. They even strafe. This is great for practicing for deathmatches. No doom guru's software library is complete without a copy of this. If you want more wads for this, you can get them here. (62K) This file is freaky. It is a little tricky to start it after installation, and sometimes it's no problem at all. If it freezes when starting then reboot your computer. You may have to reboot it a couple of times in this manner but it will finally start up and you will never have to reboot it again. It will run fine for the rest of it's life. The extra wads also overwrite your original doom 2 wad so make a back up of it.
Aliens Doom (2053K) - This is probably the best done wad that there is. It replaces everything in doom 2. The walls are new, the monsters are the aliens of course, the weapons are almost all new and are very cool. The artwork is great, and the sounds aren't bad either. If you haven't played this one yet, download it now!I had no problems with downloading and/or running this.
NIN Music Replacement (199K) - This is alright. It replaces the music in doom 2 with various NIN music but no vocals. The music composition is not that good though. But I'm sure all the NIN fans will enjoy it. I had no problems with downloading and/or running this.
30 Tunes in 1 (365K) - This wad replaces the music in doom 2 with 30 various tunes, 1 for each level. This is the best music replacement file I have run accross. It's definetely worth a try. I had no problems with downloading and/or running this.
