Random Sound Starter

Why is it so good!?

It gives you a different random startup sound everytime you start windows! (You gotta love that!)
It doesn't slow down your computer by staying resident in memory like all other windows sound randomizing programs. Just runs once on startup!
It's a DOS program so it works with all versions of MS Windows! (except NT and CE)
It's 100% Freeware! This means no nagging annoying registry screens!

Note: There is an error in the included README.TXT. The file says that RSS works with Windows NT. RSS DOES NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS NT. Sorry for the inconvinience. -> Thanks anon98
